Route Overview

Gwanaksan (632m) is a popular hike for both exercise and scenery, with a well-trodden ridge trail leading to Yeonjudae, a dramatic rock outcrop near the summit with sweeping views over southern Seoul. The trail from Sadang Station is the most commonly used route, following a ridge with moderate elevation gain and some rocky scrambling sections near the top.
