This winter, Royal Hideaway Corales Resort in Tenerife will launch the first edition of Inspirational Chef Stories, running from 28th & 29th November 2026. Albert Adrià of two-Michelin-starred Enigma in Barcelona will join resident chefs Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón for an astronomy-themed six-hands menu collaboration at the resort’s two-Michelin-starred, three-Repsol-Sun El Rincón de Juan Carlos.
