Marriott International, Inc. has signed an agreement with KS Hotels and Resorts for two hotels on Khao Lak’s coast, Matalay, a new 200-hectare destination where tranquil beaches, lakes, mountains, rainforests and Thailand’s most famous surf break are woven together in a breathtaking tapestry of nature, is coming to life. Moxy Khao Lak Memories Beach and Matalay Khao Lak, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy, the brand’s first in Thailand. Both will sit on Memories Beach at its northern end. To the south, a new 3 km dedicated jogging and cycling track meandering through lush forests and lakes will connect the award-winning JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa to Matalay, featuring 1.4 km of pristine beachfront.
