AI- and tech-powered hospitality operator Bob W has signed a long-term lease for a 285-unit aparthotel at Berlin’s Alexanderplatz, its largest property to date and the latest milestone in its expanding European footprint. Bob W Berlin Alexanderplatz will occupy 9,722 sq m at Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse 33, a former office building that is being converted for hospitality use by European real estate company and property owner Aroundtown.
