Banyan Tree Krabi, one of Thailand’s torchbearers in the fields of sustainability and eco-friendliness, proved its credentials once again when it took home first prize in Barista Mixology and second place in the culinary category at the “Hotel Expo Krabi Go Green 2026” challenge in Krabi on 24 July, 2026. The winning drink in the mixology contest was a harmonious blend of locally-grown coffee mixed with seasonal fruits, concocted by Dawadee Songprasert, affectionately known as Khun Dao, of Banyan Tree Krabi’s beachfront Kredkaew Bar.
